About this print
A 600×600 km topographic relief print capturing one of the most geologically dramatic regions on Earth. Denali — North America's highest peak at 6,190 m — anchors the northern edge of the Alaska Range, whose great arc sweeps down toward Anchorage, a city wedged between two mountain ranges and the tidal flats of Cook Inlet. South of the city, the Kenai Peninsula narrows into Kenai Fjords National Park, where glaciers calve directly into the Gulf of Alaska. At 2.5× vertical exaggeration, the full vertical drama reads clearly — from sea-level inlets and fjords to the high icefield plateaus of the Chugach.
